Matching Process

There are basically two categories of Surrogacy, traditional surrogacy and gestational surrogacy, respectively.

  • Traditional Surrogacy: The surrogate's personal eggs are being retrieved and utilized to fertilize with the Intended Father's sperm or a Donor's Sperm to create embryos at the IVF Clinic. Thereafter, the fostered embryos are transferred to the Uterus of the Surrogate for a pregnancy. The Child(ren) arising from the Traditional Surrogacy is genetically correlated to the surrogate.
  • Gestational Surrogacy: At the IVF Clinic, eggs are firstly retrieved from the Intended Mother or from an Egg Donor, and sperm is retrieved from the Intended Father or from a Sperm Donor. The eggs and sperm thus collected are then mixed together at the IVF Laboratory, and Embryos are produced. Afterward the grown Embryos are being transferred to the uterus of the Surrogate to create the pregnancy. The child created from the Gestational Surrogacy is not genetically linked with the Surrogate.

At the present time, AED services are limited to Gestational Surrogacy only. We work with married couples, or single parents, or same-sex couples, coming from within the United States and International Countries. The matching period may vary from weeks to months. If you are open to serve for different types of Intended Parents, the matching can be accelerated.

Baby's Delivery & Birth Certificate

Baby Delivery can be a memorable and exciting, yet emotional, moment for both the Surrogate and the Intended Parents. The Baby shall be released to the Intended Parents at the Hospital. Thereafter the surrogate has accomplished her journey of reward for fulfilling the dream of another couple or individual.

In some States, it is eligible for the Intended Parents to obtain a Pre-birth Order prior to the baby's delivery, leading to the Intended Parent‘s name(s) to appear directly on the Birth Certificate of the baby. Whilst in other States, the regulations further demand the final Birth Certificate of the baby only to be re-issued under the name(s) of the Intended Parents' shortly after the delivery of the baby. At this stage, more specific and detailed procedures will be delivered from the Attorney's Office of the Intended Parents.
